Presentation Studios International LLC. (psi) was established in 1998. The structure of the firm was a synergy between partners; Peter Morris (Presentation Unit London), Andrew Metelnick (Scale Model Studios Chicago), and David Wegter (Dimensional Presentation Los Angeles). Each partner has contributed to the underlying principles of psi successfully forged through decades of management experience in architectural model making.
Headquartered in Chicago, psi also maintains offices in London, Los Angeles, and Bangkok. Each office has the ability to draw on the capabilities and talents of each of the other offices. This provides psi the versatility to combine efforts in handling the sophisticated demands of international real estate marketing. At the same time each office works independently to provide a personal approach in the servicing the demands of there local market. This unique collaboration has enabled psi to become one of the premier independent model studios in the world.
